NextFin News — Unitree Robotics has completed a business registration change that increases its registered capital from about 364 million yuan to about 404 million yuan.
The update, reflected in enterprise registry records, also changes the company’s type to a listed foreign-invested joint-stock company. The increase corresponds to the formal registration of the 40.45 million new shares issued in its STAR Market IPO in August.
Unitree, founded in 2016 and led by Wang Xingxing, develops and sells intelligent robots, including humanoid and quadruped models.
